For example you do not need to mix melons with other fruits, they have to eat alone because of the nature of those related with enzymes and digestion.

3. Adding oil is more healthy for our diet

I do not intend to bottle that you find in supermarkets, they are rancid before they even hit store shelves. Use olive oil, flaxseed oil, hemp oil and nut oils such as walnut and hazelnut. Adding oil to your diet is very beneficial for your skin, hair and even your eyes. You can add oil for cooking, steaming, all for your salads and smoothies.

4. Eating local and organic as possible

The closer the food to where you live, the more nutrients, vitamins, minerals, and it will retain freshness. The most far your food has to come from is 150 miles. I do not believe in our the food come thousands of miles of ocean, sitting in the cargo hold and become gassed so the color will look real and feel like it is fresh.

5. Keep reading and become educated on the the food you eat, supplements you take or will take and try new things and open to change.
